The journey from a small garage studio to a thriving ceramic community.
Pracownia Ceramiki began in 2014 as a single wheel in a converted shed. What started as a personal pursuit of understanding clay evolved into a mission: making the ceramic arts accessible to anyone curious enough to try.
Our founder spent three years apprenticing with traditional potters in rural Poland, learning techniques that have remained unchanged for centuries. This foundation informs everything we create and teach, though we never hesitate to experiment and push boundaries.
Today, the workshop operates from a purpose-built studio space equipped with multiple wheels, hand-building stations, and a range of kilns capable of achieving various firing temperatures and atmospheric effects.
Every piece receives the attention it deserves. We value process as much as outcome, believing that care taken during creation translates into objects that endure.
We embrace imperfection as evidence of the human hand. Our work celebrates the natural variations that distinguish handmade from mass-produced.
Ceramics has historically been a communal practice. We foster connections between makers at all levels, creating spaces for exchange and mutual growth.
Our workspace has been designed to support focused creation while remaining welcoming to newcomers. Natural light fills the main studio area, and each station has been arranged to provide both privacy and opportunities for interaction.
Experience the space in person and discuss how we might work together.
